Purchasing

Keep a clear record from VPS price to crypto payment.

Review the full configuration and upfront total before obtaining payment details. Keep the selected asset, network, exact amount, receiving address, local reference and expiry together. A local reference records the instructions in your browser; it is not evidence that a server order exists or that payment has been verified.

Before you start

Have the agreed VPS configuration, purchasing approver and a wallet that supports the selected asset on the exact network. Read the seller and exception information before deciding to proceed. This guide provides a checking procedure, not investment advice or a recommendation to acquire a particular asset.

01

Reconcile the price before opening the wallet.

Read the monthly subtotal as a resource budget, then check the amount due for the selected period. Monthly and quarterly periods have no discount; six months paid upfront receive 28% off and a year receives 50% off. Recurring options receive the same discount as the base plan. The crypto amount represents the full reduced period, not a monthly installment.

Illustrative Portfolio review with the shared recurring options
FieldAmount / meaning
Monthly subtotal before discount$40.00 USD
Six-month gross period$240.00 USD
Prepaid saving$67.20 USD (28%)
Full amount due upfront$172.80 USD

This example is generated from the current catalogue. It includes additional CPU, RAM, SSD, transfer, IPv4 and daily backups. Confirm the actual choices in your own review; tax treatment and renewal terms still require confirmation.

02

Check the asset, network and destination as a set.

USDT on Ethereum and USDT on TRON are distinct payment routes. An address that looks familiar is not evidence that another network is supported. Compare the selected route with the network label in your wallet before entering the amount. USDC is offered on Ethereum here; USDC/TRON is excluded.

The QR carries the receiving address only. It does not configure the wallet’s asset, network or amount. A token contract identifies the token and is not the destination for this payment. Check the full receiving address, not just a short beginning and end shown by another interface. Keep any wallet network fee separate from the exact instructed transfer amount.

03

Record what the fetched rate means.

Hosmio requests Kraken’s last traded USD price and records when it was fetched. The ticker’s closing-price field is a last-trade value, not a guaranteed execution price for a trade in your wallet. Kraken: ticker information ↗ Stablecoins use a fetched rate too. If that request fails, the checkout does not invent a rate or create new instructions.

The reduced USD total is converted and rounded upward to the selected asset’s atomic precision. Use the displayed decimal string or its copy action; do not shorten it to a convenient number of decimal places. Your purchasing note should retain the rate and exact amount from the same quote rather than mixing fields from two separate attempts.

04

Keep a factual purchasing record.

Purpose: configured VPS service period
Configuration and term: [reviewed choices]
Gross / discount / due: [USD values]
Asset / network: [exact pair]
Receiving address: [full address from instructions]
Exact amount: [unaltered decimal string]
Local reference: [shown reference]
Created / expires: [timestamps]
Decision owner: [internal role]
Payment verification: not verified

Save the record through your organization’s approved process if it needs to outlive the browser tab. Avoid screenshots containing unrelated wallet balances or credentials. The local reference and a user-entered transaction hash do not create a server invoice or establish payment status.

05

Investigate exceptions without adding another uncertain transfer.

If details have expired before you act, request fresh instructions and compare them again. The old QR is removed and payment-copy actions are disabled at the one-hour deadline; the fixed address itself can still receive funds. If you already sent a transfer, retain the original instructions and the transaction facts rather than assuming that a new quote automatically adopts it.

For a partial, duplicate or wrong-network transfer, record what was actually sent, on which network, when, and any transaction identifier supplied by the wallet. Separate the intended amount from the observed transfer. Do not send another amount merely because the page still says “Payment not verified”. Association, confirmation and exception handling require the owner’s payment service or verified contact; recovery and refunds are not automatic.

06

Close the purchasing record only with real evidence.

Payment and delivery are separate outcomes. A successful copy action, a timer, or a wallet screenshot cannot show that an order has been registered or a VPS delivered. Record the response of the responsible service or contact when one is available, along with any unresolved discrepancy.

Use the payment exception brief for a concise request. The payment routes page describes the supported networks and the exceptions disclosure identifies policies still to be confirmed. This process keeps the evidence usable without inventing a confirmation that the frontend cannot provide.
