Operator and service identity.

Hosmio provides offshore VPS hosting from Panama. The legal entity name, registration number, street address and verified service contacts remain to be supplied. The operator’s base does not identify the country of a VPS, a backup or administrative access.

Server-country offers are Switzerland, Iceland, Panama, Malaysia, Romania, on all three plans with no location surcharge. The selected country is part of your configuration. Specific facilities, supplier mapping, live capacity, backup destinations and remaining offer details require confirmation.

Standard signup: one contact email.

No KYC means no identity document, selfie or proof of address is requested for standard VPS signup. Email is the only account-contact field. Hostname and an optional SSH public key are technical configuration choices; access can be set up later.

Additional information may be required where applicable law requires it. This policy does not promise anonymity, absence of personal data or an exemption from a wallet or exchange provider’s own rules. This frontend saves a contact locally; it does not create or verify an account or send an email.

Resources, prepaid prices and payment.

The service scope is unmanaged VPS hosting. Application administration, access, updates, monitoring and recovery need an assigned operator. Supplier interventions, service remedies and any SLA must be established in the final agreement.

Monthly and quarterly periods have no discount. Six months paid upfront receive 28% off; a year paid upfront receives 50% off. The saving applies to the base plan and all recurring options, rounded once on the full period total. Tax, renewal, cancellation and final resource conditions remain to be confirmed.

Payment is exclusively crypto, including Monero. Instructions contain an exact amount, receiving address and one-hour validity. Their local reference does not establish a registered order, invoice, verified payment or reserved capacity. The developer’s server integration must verify payments and control provisioning.

Complaints and legally binding process.

A DMCA notice alone does not cause automatic suspension or disclosure of customer data. Copyright complaints are assessed under applicable law; a substantiated complaint may require action. This policy is not a promise to ignore infringement.

We comply with applicable legal obligations and process that is legally binding in Panama, including international procedures recognized there. A request is assessed for its basis, authenticity and scope. Its foreign origin does not by itself establish that it can be rejected.

Information needed for the final agreement.

The owner must supply the remaining seller details, a working service contact and final offer and contractual terms. Payment registration and delivery services still need to be connected. Read the privacy notice, acceptable use and refund and exception terms alongside the configuration.
