Refunds and payment exceptions.
Payment instructions do not confirm receipt or refund eligibility. The final seller must confirm the policies described below.
Cancellation and renewal.
Prepaid periods cover the full selected term in one payment. Renewal mechanics, notice periods, cancellation dates and any data-retention period after cancellation are not yet agreed. No automatic renewal is created here.
Refund scope.
Eligibility, request deadlines, processing time, refund asset and network, exchange-rate treatment and network-fee allocation must be defined in the final terms. Hosmio promises neither a money-back period nor automatic refunds.
Payment exceptions.
Late, partial, excess, duplicate and wrong-network transfers require a verified reconciliation procedure. A fixed address remains able to receive after a quote expires. Recovery and refund outcomes must be confirmed individually; they are not automatic.
A browser click, screenshot or user-entered transaction hash cannot mark an order paid. Payment verification belongs to the future server integration, with provisioning tracked separately.
