Record the original quote reference, configuration, asset/network, full receiving address, exact instructed amount, timestamps, observed transfer identifier and observed amount; state the question: late, partial, excess, duplicate or wrong network.

Worked record boundary
A wallet display can show a transaction identifier without proving Hosmio has associated it with a service order. The packet asks for reconciliation instead of requesting automatic delivery.
