Record quote reference, reviewed configuration, gross/discount/due USD, asset, exact network, full address, exact amount, created/expiry times; if a transfer occurred, add its observed identifier and amount separately.

Worked record boundary
A transfer can be broadcast after a quote expires, while the browser remains unable to verify or associate it. The packet must therefore state “payment not verified” until the responsible server confirms it.
- Keep observed facts separate from conclusions
- Use an explicit UTC or offset timestamp where timing matters

Never claim that a copied address, QR scan, transaction identifier or screenshot created an order or provisioned a VPS.
